Micronauts Trading Cards and Exclusive Space Glider Figure
We are awaiting approval on a 9-card preview set that we will make available with the exclusive Space Glider figure. The Space Glider figure will also be available with our 36-card regular set that will feature classic toy art from Stephen Lee, Ken Kelly and Dave Dorman. Dave Dorman's art includes a sketch drawing of Baron Karza that is only available in this limited trading card set.

Silly CDs Series 2 Trading Cards
Silly CDs Series 2 Trading Cards will be available soon as a limited collector set sold in a collectible Silly CDs binder. Each set will include autograph cards from all the Silly CDs artists: Jay Lynch, John Pound, Tom Bunk, and Strephon Taylor.

Unfortunately, Hero Factory must announce that the Stuart Little 2 and Spy Kids 2 trading card sets have been cancelled. The card sets have been completely designed but due to a lack of pre-orders we were unable to go to print. Hero Factory may attempt to release limited edition 9 card sets of the two properties but no decision has been made yet. We apologize for any inconvenience.

HERO FACTORY ENTERS THE MICRONAUTS UNIVERSE
Los Angeles, CA June 5, 2002- Hero Factory has entered into a license with Abrams Gentile Entertainment and Global Icons for Micronauts trading cards. The trading cards will be based on the classic toy line and the new comic book series by Devils Due Publishing.
The Micronauts toy line was one of the most popular action figure toy lines in the 1970's and spawned over 100 character figures, 50 vehicles and 10 playsets. After the toy sets were released the Micronauts also spawned a successful comic book series that ran into the 1980's.
The Micronauts are returning with a re-release of the classic toy line by Palisades Toys and a new comic book series by Devils Due Publishing. Hero Factory will be joining the resurgence of the Micronauts with a limited edition trading card set.
Hero Factory plans on producing limited edition trading card collector sets with a Hero Factory exclusive Space Glider Action Figure to be sold in collectible packaging or album binder.

HERO FACTORY TO ENTER THE SPY GAME!
Los Angeles, CA May 1, 2002- The Hero Factory has entered into a license with Miramax and Dimension Films for Spy Kids 2. The Hero Factory is pleased to announce the release of the top secret trading card set based on Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams, the sequel to the blockbuster Spy Kids movie.
Spy Kids became an instant kid phenomenon when it held the #1 box office position for 4 weeks and has generated more than $130 million at the domestic box office.
Featuring gadgets vs. brains, creatures vs. humans, magic vs. technology, family vs. family and a Surprise Ending, Spy Kids: Island of Lost Dreams trading cards are bound to be a hit!
Consumers can collect the entire 72 base card set that recaps their newest assignment. There are 24 packs in one box and cards come in individual packs of 6. The suggested retail price will be $1.99 per pack. Also look out for rare chase cards offered in subsets such as the Cortex Family Scrapbook, OSS Badges, SPY gadgets and vehicles, and Creature Features.

HERO FACTORY TO RELEASE THE LITTLEST TRADING CARD SET OF THE YEAR!
Los Angeles, CA May 1, 2002- The Hero Factory is pleased to announce a license from Sony Studios for Stuart Little 2. They will be releasing the "littlest" trading card set of the year: Stuart Little 2 trading cards.
This summer a "little" goes a long way, when the biggest name in adventure is…Little! Stuart Little 2 premiering July 19, 2002 is the sequel to the box office smash hit Stuart Little, which grossed more than $140 million at the domestic box office and $300 million worldwide. Stuart Little was the fourth best selling home entertainment title in all of 2000 with over 12 million videos and DVDs sold worldwide.
Consumers can collect the entire 72 card base set that showcases the entire Stuart Little universe including character cards, story cards and famous quotes. In addition to the 72 base cards, there will also be special subsets and rare chase cards like: Little Family Portrait, The Cat's Meow and Stuart's vehicles. Each pack includes 6 cards and will be offered at the suggested retail price of $1.99 per pack. For the ultimate fan, trading card boxes will also be sold including 24 packs.

HERO FACTORY GETS SILLY!
Los Angeles, CA May 1, 2002- Hero Factory has entered into a license with Silly Productions Inc. for Silly CDs. Hero Factory is pleased to announce that it will be distributing the first production of Silly CDs trading cards and will develop the second set of Silly CDs trading stickers.
Silly CDs are the latest parodies from the creative minds of Wacky Packages and Garbage Pail Kids, Jay Lynch and John Pound.
Silly CDs are the hilarious parodies of some of the most popular CD/Album covers ever made. These cards poke fun at the most popular, pompous and controversial music performers of all time. Every style from country to pop to classic rock and famous soundtracks are represented in this series.
In Silly CDs Series 1, consumers can collect the entire 33 base card set, 36 puzzle piece card set and 11 randomly inserted sticker "chase" cards. There are 36 packs in one box and cards come in individual packs of 5. The suggested retail price is $.99 per pack.
